About Emily
I swam year-round for USA Swimming for over thirteen years. I have competed on the State level and attended Zones Championships and Age Group Championships for the state of Virginia. I have been previously ranked top two in the state of Virginia for the 100 Individual Medley and 200 Individual Medley. I have multiple years of experience coaching a swim team and life guarding, and am Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR certified. I will be turning eighteen this year, so all of the fundamentals of swimming are still very fresh in my mind. After dedicating the majority of my life to swimming I am excited to pass my knowledge on to anybody who would like to learn to swim.
