About Xavier
My name is Xavier McMillan, I’ve been playing volleyball for 12 years and just finished my 8th year coaching. I played and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern in 2014; I went on the run the club volleyball program at Ball State University where I began my coaching career at Munciana volleyball club. Most recently I coached at Westfield high school and Rev Volleyball Academy.
I’ve coached from ages 5 up through collegiate athletes. I began my playing career as a middle middle, and have since evolved and played every position other than libero competitively. As a coach I’ve worked to round out my game and have gained a detailed understanding of every position. My goal is to bring not only skill, but understanding to the athletes that I train.
