About Kirunis
I have been playing volleyball for 15 and I have now been actively coaching volleyball for the past year. I teach an intermediate volleyball class for teens.
I am also a certified personal trainer and boxing coach. I love helping people, this is my passion. I find creative and fun ways to get you fit and blow some steam off. I work with people with disabilities so I have a lot of patience and understanding. I can train anyone at any level doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.

Perfect! Coach Keys was so great with my daughter and teaching her the very basics of volleyball to start. She was accommodating and very prepared. She was very engaging with my daughter and made her want to keep doing it to hopefully make the volleyball team next month. Will book her again.
