About Hali
I focus on technical development of all volleyball skills and break movements down into simple, digestible, and actionable cues that lead directly to results.
I believe that girls who play sports become women who lead. I bring a wealth of experience, passion, and purpose to every athlete I coach. I have been involved in volleyball since the age of 12 and have dedicated my career to developing athletes both on and off the court. My coaching experience includes serving as a Head Coach for club teams across multiple age groups and states, Head Coach at Belgrade High School, Assistant Coach at the University of Montana Western, and Lead Coach and player development and recruiting coordinator at Wilco Elite volleyball club. These opportunities have allowed me to work with athletes at every stage of development while maintaining a people first approach.
My coaching philosophy is built around holistic athlete development. While I am passionate about teaching technical skills, athleticism, and competitive excellence, I believe volleyball is also a powerful tool for building discipline, resilience, confidence, and leadership. I emphasize intentional training in everything we do, helping athletes grow not only as players but as people. Athletes will spend far more years as individuals than they will as volleyball players, and my goal is to positively impact both journeys.
