About Jordan Faye
I offer personal attention in my intimate beautiful light-filled studio. My practice is based on hatha, vinyasa, & kundalini traditions. Kundalini yoga stands out because it gets your energy moving. If you have something that feels stuck or not in alignment, this is the yoga to help you work through it. I know this because of my own personal experience of not feeling connected to my body, feeling heavy not just body weight but my energy felt heavy and this practice that I learned and have studied helped me to release these feeling and the weight came off naturally the more I shifted my energy and the more consistently I practiced. This is a life changing yoga practice. One I feel so connected to and love so much that I just had to become a teacher so I could help others to feel this way too.
I love teaching people how to feel better in their bodies and minds. This practice is life changing and aids one of finding more energy and expansion in all aspects of their life. Through simple movements and breath practices we open the mind and body through a series of gestures. I love how this practice is so transformative. Excited to share this with others.
200 Hr Radiant Body Yoga Teacher Training (vinyasa & kundalini focuses) studying with Kia Miller at the Himalayan Institute, 100 Hr Power if Prana training with Martha McAlpine @ YogaWorks, I have begun my 300 hr training with Kia and completed one 60 hr training in furthering my studies into Teaching the Art & Flow of Kriya.

Details
Yes my rate for 75min session is $75/hr. Classes at my studio at $15 drop-in, class packs of 5 are $60, and for students $10. We also have several community kundalini & meditation classes which are a love donation (pay what you can afford).
