My name is Roxie and after having spent many years behind a desk, I took a career turn and now apply balanced body movement principles for optimal postural alignment, bone & muscle strengthening, and mind-body flexibility. I use mindfulness, meditation and breathing exercises to help clients moderate physical stress and achieve higher levels of mental acuity. I work in a variety of settings including: schools, exercise studios, fire stations, online and in-person* with group, individual or corporate clients.

Roxie has great knowledge on how everything on the body is connected. Focusing on my issues and injuries with the right strength training, stretches and self massage techniques I’ve had much relief from pain and tightness and feel more comfortable hiking and swimming now.
She is very responsive to goals and needs as well as issues(like injury) to create a very personalized program. She is wonderful to work with!
