About Nicki
I hold a safe space, and am trained to work with those with anxiety, ptsd or chronic stress. My clients feel comfortable with me due to my calm approachable presence and the fact that I truly don' t judge and believe everybody no matter size, age, or physical/mental or emotional issues can reap the benefits yoga offers.

We'll connect via phone or email to discuss goals and challenges, location and scheduling. I will email you a short history/waiver form to be returned preferable before we meet. Each first session is different, pending the needs of that particular client.
All ages and sizes. Clients with chronic pain, stress, aging, ptsd, anxiety, insominia, weight loss, life transition and the list goes on.
Be sure you connect with the person you choose to work with. And always honor your body knowing your body is the boss, your teacher is just your tour guide.
A client today approached me after our session letting me know, before he started yoga he was pre-diabetic and had some asthma (coughing upon trying to take a deep breath) 3 months into yoga his levels look good- he is no longer pre-diabetic and he can take a deep breath without coughing. The only thing he has changed in the past few months is adding yoga! Hearing this makes me so happy.
Another client swears her yoga tools got her through the last couple months of having to be in and out of the hospital without having a panic attack during it all. ♡
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are your current challenges and what are your goals. Yoga can affect much more than just your physical body, though that is often what gets most people into the practice at first. Be honest and open with yourself and your teacher. Communication is very important so he/she can help you.
