About Rachael
As a virtual and in-person yoga instructor, I love being able to be available to everyone! No matter the distance, I can help you get back to your original state of health and happiness. Focusing on the unique needs of each individual is something that not all classes can offer. I want to get to the root of everything in your way and help you overcome it all through yoga. I have used yoga as the path back to health personally and feel this experience has given me so much to teach others.
I enjoy being with people who have shown interested in self-care and healing through their curiosity regarding yoga. Being a yoga teacher, I love being able to guide people in healing their own bodies naturally.
