Lauren is an awesome yoga instructor- so friendly and professional and you can tell she genuinely enjoys teaching. Her private yoga classes are authentic, relaxing, refreshing, and full of soul. I love practicing with her because she takes the time to meet you where you’re at in your yoga practice and also guides you to progress as you’re ready!
Lauren is so sweet and patient. She really helps you with engaging yourself and relaxing your mind. She is an amazing teacher. I am not the most flexible person but she helped me do things to my extent. She helped me do things I never thought I could do! I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher!
Lauren was very patient with me and my needs. She took her time explaining the poses and really helped me relax and feel peaceful.
