About Kelley
Energy Yoga is my unique and originally designed class incorporating ancient techniques I learned during a month-long journey to India in 2015. Stretches and Hatha Yoga style asanas (poses) will be familiar to yoga students. I also use gemstones, essential oils and Nepalese singing bowls to enhance the class. I have taught various styles of yoga in the Arlington TX area for the last 5 years and practiced yoga for 12 years.
