Elise truly has a healing touch and energy. Beyond her knowledge and insight into the body in general and your body in particular, she just exudes calming and positive energy and one cannot help but walk away from a session and feel both relaxed and energized at the same time. So happy that she is returning to Denver!
I love Elise's classes. I always feel stretched and deeply relaxed.
