The Kundalini Rising Yoga Festival. I co-produce this East Tennessee Yoga Festival every year. Practice Yoga In The Mountains of Tennessee
Nourish, Heal and Revive your soul with Kundalini Yoga and Meditations, Earth Healing Workshops, Family Yoga, Nature & Arts Children’s Camp, Kirtan, & Sacred Fire
Here's some of the many reasons we gather together to practice yoga in community:
~Create peace within ourselves and reflect it out into the world~
~Heal with Kundalini Yoga and meditate together with our families~
~Set intention on what we want to create in our home and life's work~
~Develop the inner grace to see our projects through~
~Cleanse, detoxify and ground with our Mother Earth~
~Receive healing and give generously while we enjoy the outdoors consciously~
~Uplift and bring to our children a group vibration of love and unity~
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Am I able to prioritize my health needs at his time? Am I really motivated to make changes in my life right now? Do I have the time to devote to creating new healthy habits?
