When working with a new client, I believe it essential to view you as a "whole" person. What does this mean? You will receive an in-depth "Life History Profile" that addresses all areas your world: relationships, health, fitness, work life, home life, family, and goals.
We then discuss these areas, and a program is created based on your unique individual needs.
In my 22 years of teaching, I have worked with students from all walks of life, all age ranges, and all abilities. I believe in inclusivity, and supporting and encouraging an individuals needs, wants, and desired outcome.
