About Steve

Lessons are structured safely and clearly instructed. Current methodologies are combined with traditional teachings to create a well rounded, complete, and enjoyable practice.
I love yoga. The practice, the philosophy, the teaching, all of it. I love the feeling of exploration and discovery in my body. Being able to share that with people and watch as it brings them joy is one of the best feelings I have ever experienced.
