About Monica
(concealed information)
I sought yoga when I was in need of healing, which I found the first time I stepped foot onto my yoga mat. Engaging both on and off of the mat, my practice soon became a lifestyle. Through yoga, I discovered a profound passion-strengthening my overall well-being: body, mind, and spirit. Alongside, I felt inspired to use my yoga experience and knowledge to help others in finding, and reaching their intent.
I have obtained my RYT-200 Yoga Teaching certification, and continue to familiarize myself on different styles and approaches of teaching yoga, to better assist my clients in their journey to fulfillment. Are you ready to engage in a practice that helps you live each day with a more balanced, open, and grateful heart?
Love & Light,
Monica Falzo
