About Mary
I have been teaching Yoga for about 11 years now. I focus on building the pose from the bottom up for the grounding and stabilizing of the pose and I am very focused on the safety of my student.
I love to teach one on one personal instruction as well as group classes with my students. It is my joy to be able to help my student achieve his or her goals and what they personally want to accomplish in our time together, as well as advancing their yoga practice and honoring their bodies.
