About Natalie
I bring ten years of professional experience from the mental health field, a Master of Arts in psychology, a certified Health Coach and a Vinyasa yoga instructor. I am passionate about what I do and truly enjoy meeting people where they are at, to help them get to where they want to be.
I enjoy working with other people to reach goals that they set for themselves. Watching people make progress and being there for it along the way is a truly remarkable experience.
I have an immense passion to help others but within the confines of mental health I did not feel as though I was reaching people in the way I wanted to. I decided to set out on a journey to make my dreams come true which is to help people at their level, where they are at in a compassionate manner.
I have a Master of Arts degree in psychology with ten years of experience working in the mental health field with training and expertise in stress managment, behavior modification, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, grief and loss, transitions, health coping skills, and much more. I am also a certified health coach through ACE and a vinyasa yoga instructor.
