I am an experienced Yoga Alliance Instructor, and practitioner for 20+ years, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, a meditation instructor, aromatherapist and soul coach. I have studied and trained with some of the leading minds in the field of nutrition, kinesiology, quantum physics, energy medicine, personal growth and development and spiritual masters in yoga, meditation and science. I have been a student of metaphysics for over 30 years and utilize my wealth of knowledge and experience to assist my clients in the deepest healing, transformation and support.
