About Vanessa
I love personalization when it comes to yoga. Everybody is different and prefers different things, and every body is different and adjustments need to be made. I want to know what it is you need from this practice, and deliver the best style of yoga (I teach several), to help you go deeper and further than you realized you could. Whether a beginner or advanced student, I want to help you grow stonger, and go deeper. My goal is always to leave you feeling noticeably better than when you arrived, and help bring more mindfulness and meaning to your practice, and your life.
Vanessa is RYT certified through Yoga Alliance, and teaches private, semi-private and group classes both in the Hudson Valley and for Equinox in New York City. She also works as a wellness coach, motivating individuals and corporations to find more clarity, purpose and productivity in their space. She uses yogic wisdom, mindfulness and meditation to help students and clients move towards their highest potential.
I love seeing noticeable shifts in people, and knowing that I helped them grow stronger and more powerful than they thought possible.

I have my RYT 200 hour training through yoga alliance and have done multiple trainings through YJL and Equinox. I teach a variety of modalities including vinyasa, alignment flow, power yoga, heated vinyasa, yin yoga, mediation and more.
