About Michelle
Michelle Biro is the founder of Daybreak Wellness, a coastal-inspired yoga and Pilates studio rooted in mindful movement, meaningful connection, and transformative experiences on and off the mat. Based near the ocean, Michelle draws inspiration from the rhythm of the sea—creating classes that feel grounding, energizing, and deeply restorative. Her teaching blends strength, mobility, and breath with an uplifting, community-centered atmosphere where students feel both supported and empowered.
Beyond the studio, Michelle curates boutique wellness retreats designed to combine movement, adventure, and intentional rest in beautiful destinations. Whether practicing under open skies or gathering in community, her work is grounded in the belief that movement can spark confidence, clarity, and joy—and that wellness feels most powerful when shared.

Michelle adapted my practice to issues I was having with my back so that I was successful and felt so much better when I finished.
The class was very relaxing for my mind, a good stretch and the right amount of challenge. I spoke with Michelle before class and she gave appropriate modifications for my back pain and tailored the class to my needs.
Amazing classes! Michelle’s yoga classes we’re strengthening while relaxing. Pilates barre had me shaking!
