I possess 30+ years experience in coaching and helping others achieve their health & fitness goals.
In 2004, after 16 years of working in the big corporate style gyms, I builit my own private, friendly, community oriented and relationship based neighborhood gym! I know how it feels to have a desire to be better, get stronger & live a healthy lifestyle. I also know how difficult it can be to achieve a high level of sustained success in this area of our lives. With the right combination of exercise, nutrition, rest and recovery, we can make things happen.
As a fitness professional and athletic coach, I can provide the KNOWLEDGE on what to do and teach my clients the specific SKILLS required to accomplish their goals. However, the client must provide the 3rd ingredient...the DESIRE!
If you have the Desire to be better & live better, call me.
Let's GO!
30 Years Experience of hands on operational excellence within the health & fitness industry.

Perfect! Cliff takes good care of his club and knows his trainers. He was able to match me with a personal trainer who is perfect for me. Very impressed and really enjoying this club. Club is clean and well equipped. Lots of machines and availability.
