About Alexis
I first discovered my love for yoga in 2013. It wasn't until 2020 when I traveled across the world to Colombia for some soul searching and was trainings for 3 months by a Mayan priest , that is when I just knew I had to began to share my gifts with others and help them find their center, as I have found mine.
I love what I do because the growth and journey of it all is so beautiful. To see the mentality change of people after finding something that allows them to heal is so rewarding . I want to help others experience what I have.
