I chose private lessons with Kristin because I have no previous yoga experience, plenty of physical limitations and a now-faded belief that I could not do it. Kristin patiently brings yoga to my body, where I'm at in the moment, and gently leads me through the practice. Kristin ( Seeds of Love Yoga ) has the energy of an old friend and a healing sage all in one. After one of her sessions I feel mentally , physically and spiritually aligned. All of my worries seem to disappear and my self-imposed weight lifted away off my shoulders. I’m always amazed how much we accomplish in one session. Working with Kristin I always feel calm, centered and confident. She is an amazing practitioner, expert communicator, and intuitive person.
