About Shaun
I teach yoga as method of personal transformation. I customize private instruction to meet the student where they are to help them reach their goals. I am a student of Shrath Jois in the Ashtanga method, and my teaching reflects this.
Mindfulness can be integrated into all aspects of life, and a little goes a long way. I teach mindfulness and meditation in a way that is accessible to all.
I teach yogic breathing techniques that empower the individual to move barriers in their bodies and lives.
I am humbled and honored to witness my students becoming empowered in their own practices and in their lives. It is amazing to see the tranformative power of yoga.

Shaun is an amazing teacher! I've learned so much from working with him. I appreciate the depth of his knowledge and his dedication to practicing and teaching yoga. He is responsive to the diverse needs of his students and provides tailored guidance to help students grow in their practice. He's also great at keeping you motivated. I highly recommend him!
Shaun is one of the best teachers I’ve ever taken class from. He shows a dedication as both a teacher and life-long student. He is calm, engaged, and well learned in physical asana, psychology, and yogic philosophy. I would highly recommend him to anyone hoping to dive deeper into their yoga practice.
Shaun is a highly trained Yoga instructor.
Shaun is very considerate of your body's condition and current level of strength and flexibility. He works with you patiently to build both. Shaun is very calm and mindful in any adjustment or suggestion he makes regarding your practice.
Shaun is dedicated and immersed in the real Yoga experience, not just the practice of Yoga Asanas. He is very knowledgeable and creates a beautiful learning space for you to grow in your practice.
