About Meghan
Meghan is a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor and Reiki master based in San Diego, CA. She fully believes in the body's ability to heal itself and has seen the power of yoga, Reiki, and nutrition on healing first-hand over the past decade. She specializes in creating yoga classes for specific ailments and issues, particularly chronic pain and mental health. She also loves a really empowering power flow. Meghan is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best and educating them on wellness as a whole.

I love sharing yoga with others and spreading knowledge and awareness of the body. I'm passionate about helping people heal through awareness of the body and balancing energy, and about abolishing the notion that "yoga isn't for me". I specialize in beginner flows, strengthening and stabilizing flows, and power flows.
After practicing for over 11 years, I decided that I wanted to share the power of yoga with others. Thus, I began my RYT-200 hour training and never looked back!

To complete my yoga teacher training, I was required to teach a class. I chose a beginner sunset yoga flow in the park with some friends. It was an incredibly humbling experience, and everyone loved it. Now, it's turned into a weekly event.

My boyfriend and I took a beginner class with Meghan on a saturday night while the sun was setting, it was great! Neither of us have much experience and this class was just what we needed to get introduced, we actually loved it so much that we went to one of her more experienced classes on a sunday morning, and man, what a workout! Meghan is great, gives lots of alternative options to certain positions and is calm and supportive throughout, we love attending all the classes she has to offer.
Really helped grow my flexibility and stretch my muscles allowing me to hit better PRs in the gym. Has helped with fat loss and range of motion.
