Bree brings the BEST energy to her workouts. I’ve trained with Bree for a variety of workouts from one on one personal training, group classes, yoga, and meditation. No matter what workout you choose with Bree you can guarantee to be challenged physically and mentally.
Balanced is the key word when it comes to working with Bree. Her multiple skillsets enable her to deliver classes, sessions, and program that help balance the mind and the body. I haven’t had the flexibility and mobility I have now before starting work by with her!
Bree is so amazing and gives me the motivation and education I need to meet my fitness goals. She is extremely knowledgeable in mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation techniques as well. We all could use a little Bree time. Thank you for helping make my world more positive and healthy!
Bree is just a wonderful person. When it comes to fitness she truly understands the body and the mind. Her workouts are challenging, but not intimidating. I definitely recommend.
