About Kelly
I have been a devoted practioner of yoga myself for 7 years, practicing vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga as well as pranyama.
With my extensive training and attention to detail I can tailor a practice for anyone from a brand new beginner to a more advanced student.
Yoga can be a life long practice and I love making it accessible to anyone....from athletes to those suffering from chronic back pain or injuries. Yoga is literally for every body, and teaching students how to work within own their limitations is very rewarding.
200YTT certification with Yoga Alliance since June 2020, currently working towards my 500 YTT certification.
