About Jasmine
From health & wellness blogs to your doctor's office, everyone is talking about the benefits of Yoga, but something has kept you from diving into your practice.
>Are class schedules too restrictive for your lifestyle?
>Do you have some anxiety about group sessions and would prefer to work 1-on-1?
>Are you looking for a more personalized approach to meet you where you are?
>Is it just plain hard to get out of the house? (Especially in the cold of Chicago winter!)
If any of this sounds like you, I am here for you! I offer private yoga instruction in the comfort of your home. Contact me today for your FREE 60 minute intro session and let's work together for your well-being in 2020!
About Jasmine Nelson:
I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for Wellness. My training and background encompass vinyasa, yin/restorative, power yoga, YogaFit, and Thai massage. Having suffered from chronic migraine and cluster headaches since childhood, I found yoga in 2005 and was able to use the breathing techniques and restorative postures I learned to find relief. I completed my 200 hour training in 2017 and continue to seek new learning opportunities daily to expand my knowledge and bring the best techniques to meet my clients' needs.
Namaste and be well!
I love to see my students grow in their practice! Students may come to me with doubt about their abilities, or whether they have a "yoga body," and I get to see them exceed their own expectations, gain strength and flexibility they never thought they'd have, and shine with their new confidence!
I completed my 200 hour training in 2018. My training and background encompass vinyasa, yin/restorative, power yoga, YogaFit, and Thai massage.
