About Kristine
My goal is to help my client achieve happiness by using various modalities and unique approaches. I am a certified life coach, yoga instructor, and consultant for a wellness company. Aside from my coaching business, I also own a studio in Arvada that offers kickboxing, bells, yoga plus more to come! I am excited to grow and thrive in an incredible community, with you!
Watching my clients blossom and flourish by sharing my knowledge and tools I have aquired along my journey. Watching the dots connect and giving people a sense of empowerment and confidence.
I was laid off from a paralegal job I had for 10 years, I decided to do my own thing and fell in love with yoga and helping people feel good.
