About Cerrie
Hi, I’m Cerrie.
My path into coaching is rooted in real, lived experience. Early in life, I struggled to find where I fit in, facing self-doubt, anxiety, and eventual burnout. It was through stepping back, reflecting, and choosing to rebuild my life with intent that I discovered the power of making "mindful moves": small, conscious choices that create lasting, meaningful change.
Alongside my background leading community health and wellbeing projects in the UK public sector, I am a qualified Health and Wellness Coach, and I have spent the last nine years teaching movement and mindfulness. My perspective has also been deeply enriched by my love for community, diversity, and culture, having lived, studied, and volunteered across India, Nepal, and Cambodia.
I coach because I know how transformative it is to have someone in your corner. Sometimes we just need a dedicated cheerleader by our side, a supportive, non-judgemental space to figure out our next steps and walk through the changes we want to see in our lives. My goal is to help you clear away internal noise, build self-belief, and create a balanced life that feels true to you.

My sessions are warm, collaborative, and completely tailored around you. We begin by exploring where you are right now, looking at the daily habits and routines that shape your life, and clarifying what you would like to achieve.
Rather than using rigid rules or a fixed system, I put together a personalised package of support for our time together. I provide dedicated workbooks, practical planning tools, and resources to help you organise your time, navigate daily pressures, and bridge the gap between knowing what to do and taking action.
Whether you want to build focus, manage life transitions, or establish a clearer sense of direction, our 60 to 90-minute 1-to-1 online sessions offer a calm, supportive space for adults (18+) to reflect and move forward with purpose.
