About Sorour
I am an experienced yoga teacher with empathetic approach certified as a yoga teacher from federation of all sports in Iran, in 2011. I also have certificate in yoga for teens and preteens issued by YogakidzWorldwide in 2019. Also my certification to teach kids from Nobieh is issued in 2017.

No private session, only Group classes (at least two people) can be provided both in Farsi and English. I have a very empathetic and consistent approach in my classes. All techniques are designed according to participant's body and mind condition based on holistic perspective. Each session is 1h & 15min in which we start from basics, unless you have been a practitioner before. I also have taught yoga to kids in yoga studios, gym, kindergarten for over 6 years. Also I have taught yoga to women and teens in different yoga studios, gyms and private fir over 12 years. I invite you to join me if you are interested in: Hatha yoga, yoga nidra, a happier inner child and deep relaxation experiences plus breathing techniques, touching your inner self and finding peace.

Perfect! Sorour is a very passionate and kind yoga teacher. she explained her lessons as simple as possible. She made sure that I understood how each exercise or body movement impacts aspects of our well-being whether it was our physical, emotional or psychological wellbeing-which I greatly appreciated. I have participated in Yoga sessions done by Sorour for more than three years as a beginner. The serious, kind, and supportive atmosphere of her classes encourages me to continue along with enjoyment. I like her knowledge of related sciences such as anatomy helping me to do exercises much better. I have had experiences with both online and in-person sessions. Enjoy the Yoga sessions with Sorour.
Sorour is an excellent teacher. Her classes make me feel very relaxed. You can always talk with her about your weaknesses and injuries and she will let you know how far to go in a pose, which is really helpful. She also pays individual attention to people in the class. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I can’t provide private sessions only for one person. I only accept women in semi-private sessions( at least two people). Men can attend online sessions or group sessions.
