About Hansika
Hello, I'm Hansika Hadli, a certified yoga instructor with over many years of teaching experience and a deep passion for helping people lead healthier, happier lives through yoga. I have had the privilege of teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, including children, college students, working professionals, senior citizens, and athletes, in schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and private sessions.
As a state and national-level yoga champion, I combine practical experience with strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and therapeutic practices. My expertise includes Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Power Yoga, along with specialized programs for diabetes and blood pressure management, hormonal balance, prenatal and postnatal care, and children's yoga. I believe every individual can benefit from yoga, and I am committed to creating a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment where students can grow in confidence, improve their well-being, and make yoga a lifelong part of their lifestyle.

I believe yoga is a holistic practice that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. Every class begins with gentle warm-up movements and breathing techniques (pranayama), followed by carefully planned yoga sequences tailored to the student's age, fitness level, and individual goals. Classes conclude with guided meditation and relaxation to promote mental clarity and inner balance.
I teach a variety of yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Power Yoga. I also specialize in yoga for children, prenatal and postnatal women, hormonal balance, diabetes and blood pressure management, as well as personalized sessions for people with specific health or fitness needs. My classes are suitable for school students, college students, working professionals, senior citizens, beginners, and advanced practitioners. My aim is to help every student build strength, flexibility, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle through safe and mindful yoga practice.
