About Maria
I am Maria Zavarina, yoga teacher from Russia. I have lived in France for several years and set up on my own to give my classes in Bordeaux and Biscarrosse. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have graduated in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, fly & Hatha yoga. I am constantly training to perfect my lessons while developing other types of activities, such as coaching or personal development. I offer private, group, studio and online lessons.

Although my courses are tailor-made, I generally offer several typical practices. For individual lessons, I adapt to each person by creating a unique program: dynamic, gentle practice and / or acrobatic yoga (fly). Fly yoga is a practice in a hammock that offers a lot of possibilities to work on strengthening and stretching. In group classes, I teach yoga in an alternative, dynamic style, based on Vinyasa and my experience. My groups are open to all those who like an active practice, with challenges for those who want it. I always pay close attention to my students, during our sessions which last between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes. On the program: breathing, dynamic sequences, static postures, relaxation and meditation. The key word: listening and knowing yourself.

Maria est une professeure de yoga qui je recommande fortement. Elle est passionnée par son métier, elle trouve toujours des mots motivants.
Maria est attentive, passionnée et très énergique ! J'aime beaucoup que ses cours sont diversifiés et qu'elle propose de 2 à 4 variations pour les moins et plus souples. Ses cours sont un peu plus long que la moyenne ce qui permet d'avoir un programme plus complet. J'aime aussi qu'elle fait bien attention de toujours compenser une position avec une autre position "opposée" qui rétablit l'équilibre. Mes deux ans de yoga avec Maria était sans regret !
