About Pritee
Hello, I'm Pritee, a dedicated Yoga teacher and practitioner with over 8 years of teaching experience. My journey with Yoga began at the age of 10 through Yogasana practice and participation in National and International Championships. This lifelong passion led me to pursue advanced education in Yoga, including a Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavla, and a Masters in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa University, Bangalore. In my personal practice I enjoy Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
In my teaching career, I've had the privilege of instructing students of diverse age groups and skill levels. I specialize in therapy-based fitness classes and engaging kids Yoga sessions.
For me, ensuring the safety, comfort, and active participation of my students is paramount. I strive to create a nurturing environment where individuals can explore and benefit from the profound practice of yoga. In my yoga lessons, I offer a comprehensive approach that blends traditional wisdom with modern techniques. With over 20 years of personal practice and professional training, I provide tailored sessions focusing on Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Yoga therapy, Shuddhi kriya (cleansing practices like Jal neti, Sutra neti, Trataka), Meditation.
My teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, breath work, and alignment to cultivate physical strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, I adapt each session to suit your needs and level of experience.
