About Tanisha
I am a passionate Zumba and Dance instructor with over 8+ years of experience in teaching kids and ladies, both online and offline. Dance and fitness have been an important part of my life, not just as a hobby but as a way to inspire confidence, health, and happiness in others. I believe that movement is a powerful tool to heal, energize, and bring positivity into our lives. Having personally seen the impact of regular exercise on physical and mental well-being, especially for women dealing with health issues like PCOD/PCOS, I am committed to sharing my knowledge with as many people as possible. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and motivating environment where every student — whether a child taking their first dance steps or a lady working towards better health — feels supported, confident, and empowered.

Welcome to my Zumba and Dance classes, specially designed for kids and ladies! With over 8+ years of teaching experience in both online and offline formats, my sessions are energetic, engaging, and personalized to suit every learner. For kids, I conduct interactive dance sessions that include fun games and activities to make learning enjoyable, helping them build coordination, creativity, and confidence. For ladies, I offer "No Jump" Zumba sessions that focus on improving fitness while being mindful of joint and bone health. Special attention is given to exercises that address PCOD/PCOS, weight management, and overall hormonal balance. We also include yoga, stretching, and cool-down exercises in every class to promote flexibility, relaxation, and better muscle recovery. Additionally, I provide guidance on diet maintenance and holistic wellness to support long-term health goals. Our Zumba sessions cover different styles to keep the workouts exciting, fresh, and motivating. Join me for a fun-filled fitness journey — where health, energy, and happiness come together!
