If you're looking for deep, clear, and reliable help in math or computer science, you're in the right place. I recently completed my PhD in Theoretical Computer Science and will soon begin a postdoc at Oxford University. My research has been published in top-tier conferences, and I've spent over a decade teaching and mentoring students in mathematics, algorithms, and theoretical CS. I don't just know the material, I live it.
My expertise includes:
- Discrete Math,
- Algorithms,
- Python, C++,
- Calculus,
- Graph Theory Algorithms,
- Data Structures,
- Complexity Theory of Computation (Turing machines, automata)
- Linear Algebra,
- Probability,
-Problem-solving for interviews or contests.
I've helped students not just pass but excel,whether it's acing a tough exam, mastering concepts, or preparing for Olympiads, grad school, or interviews. This is not generic tutoring. I recently completed my PhD in Theoretical Computer Science at Simon Fraser University, specializing in areas such as algorithms, discrete math, and computational complexity. I’m about to start a postdoctoral position at the University of Oxford, continuing my research at a world-leading institution.
Alongside my academic work, I have over 10 years of teaching experience in mathematics and computer science. I’ve taught and mentored students at all levels — from high school and undergraduates to graduate-level research — and helped many succeed in competitive environments.
In addition to theory, I’m also skilled in programming and algorithm implementation, with experience in Python, C++, and other languages. Whether you need help understanding abstract concepts, solving hard problems, or writing clean and efficient code, I’m here to help.

Amirhossein was in the same research group as me. Him being a more senior student, I've asked him for help multiple times. He is always willing to help, explain in detail, and what struck me the most is that he adjusts his level of explanation. I highly recommend him as a teacher.
Amirhossein was my tutor during high school, and beyond the great results I got, he gave me the confidence I needed for exams. I’ll always appreciate his patience and teaching approach. Highly recommended, I can confidently back up the results!
Amirhossein was the teaching assistant for the most challenging course of my undergraduate studies, "Theory of Computation." It was by far the most abstract and complex course in our program. He explained the material clearly and helped us understand it. By the end of the course, I had a good intuition for why things work the way they do and how to understand and prove theorems. He turned a scary topic to a very pleasant one for us!
He is one of the brightest people I’ve seen. He was my undergrad calculus teaching assistant and he consistently demonstrated deep understanding of the subject and an impressive ability to explain complex concepts with clarity
