About Damini
In my lessons, we explore the rich and elegant world of advanced mathematics with curiosity and care. I guide students through abstract algebra, number theory, mathematical proofs, and other higher concepts, revealing the logic and beauty behind each idea. My approach is gentle and reflective, giving space for questions, exploration, and deep understanding. We focus on building strong foundations, ensuring every theorem and concept is meaningful, not just memorized. Lessons encourage independent thought and critical analysis, helping learners develop their own insights and problem-solving abilities. Complex topics are broken into clear, manageable steps, making higher mathematics approachable and engaging. Whether you are switching careers or teaching yourself advanced math, the sessions are designed to support growth, confidence, and mastery. Patience, clarity, and encouragement are central to every lesson, enabling students to excel while forming a unique understanding. Together, we uncover patterns, structures, and the elegance hidden within mathematical ideas.

I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a BSc in Pure Mathematics. I enjoy helping students understand how mathematics powers modern technology, particularly in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Together, we explore concepts like gradient descent and optimization algorithms, showing how they allow models to learn efficiently.
Linear algebra is a core part of our lessons. From matrices to eigenvalues, I guide students through the structures that make neural networks function. Probability and statistics are equally important, especially for Bayesian inference and decision-making under uncertainty. I break these abstract ideas into clear, approachable steps and practical examples.
Over the years, I’ve mentored aspiring data scientists and AI developers, helping them gain confidence and mastery in the mathematical foundations they need. My lessons balance theory and application, ensuring students can apply concepts to real-world problems. Each session is tailored to the student’s pace and goals, whether starting out or deepening expertise.
