- From a humble beginning (1971) in a German local restaurant to a highly rewarded internationally recognized kitchen / culinary arts leader (1983>) that inspired hundreds of students and associates.

I share internationally-recognized industry best practical knowledge and skills in food catering/management.
The duration of a session is 45-60 min, that can be case studies; recipe searches, development and trails; special events planning and catering; and operational problem solving to satisfy stakeholders.
As a past lecturer in vocational and higher education (Uni and Vocational Edu) for over 12 years I had the privilege to demonstrate with core curricular and experimental learning and teaching methods to and with Hong Kong SAR /also international students.
A leading and support experience were my roles as Executive Chef for over 25 years (1984>) in Hotel n Resorts; Casino operations; on Cruise Liners and other Tourism operations worldwide.
Happy to share my knowledge for cookery student or person interested in catering/management....at supervisory and management level.
I hold both an MBA (AUS/GB, 2000) and Master Chef Certification (HKsar/GER, 2015) as well as Certification of a Hospitality Educator (CHE, USA, 2020
