Our goal during the lesson is to shift attention from being preoccupied with our busy chaotic minds to alertness and awareness of what is happening right now in this moment inside(our subjective world) and outside( our objective world). By slipping into mindfulness moment to moment we become open to insights about who we are and what is the best way to approach our lives and the many challenges it presents. We are also going to use stories from different traditions as a tool to help us become more aware and grow our understanding of who we are and how to empower ourselves to live the best life possible.
