About Sam
Hi, I'm Sam Malone, but I go by Malone. Fashion is my passion. About 3 years ago I started my own clothing brand, and I design every item online and sew it on my own machine.
I'm studying a Bachelor of Arts in visual communication, and I've been part of fashion events in Cape Town and London. I've also styled music artists on many jobs and designed my school's senior shirts before I graduated.
I work in lots of different styles, so I can adapt my lessons to what you like. I'm patient and passionate about helping you build real skills and confidence.
I can only send one message at a time, so I split these into two sections you can copy separately.

Hey, I'm Sam Malone, but call me Malone! In my lessons you can learn:
• Fashion design, from sketching to the finished piece
• Mockups, both digital and on paper
• Sewing, from the basics to more detailed work
• Sewing machine use, without the stress
• Patchwork, from planning to putting it together
I'll also show you how to take a design from idea to finished piece, using what I know from designing and 3D printing jewelry.
Teaching method: I show you each step, then you try it while I guide you, working on your own projects.
A typical lesson: we talk about what you want to make, I demonstrate, you practice, and we finish with feedback and next steps.
What sets me apart: I run a real clothing brand and have worked in many styles, so every lesson is built around your taste.
