About Hiren
I’m an undergraduate student and I have been working out for over a year now. During this period I’ve noticed that most of the personal trainers and other people don’t choose safe exercises and end up getting injured. Exercising is all about being healthy. So I solely focus on safe exercises with proper form. I will help you on that and also provide you diet which will never harm your gut health.

Most of the personal trainer’s exercise selection may not be good for your body and it maybe unsafe because they mostly don’t have the knowledge of basic human anatomy and working of the body. I will make sure that all the exercises I provide will be the safest options from all other exercises.
