About Sukanya
I am a researcher by passion, masters in the field of neuroscience and in South Indian violin
My tutelage is under Kalladaikuruchi M Balakrishnan, son of Sangita Kalacharya Sri Kalladaikuruchi Mahadeva Bhagavathar. I also learn theoretical music from Prof V V Subramanyam. I am also an event co-ordinator in Giri Fine Arts (Giri Trading Agency and Lakshmi Giri charitable trust) . I have also performed many concerts and maintain a music band named Shrshti.

My teaching methods combines scientific knowledge of pitch, tone with the Indian standard of classification, understanding the basis of Indian music and violin's integration within it.
It also will not deviate the traditional method of teaching south Indian music.
