About Fight Box training

Qualified England Boxing Amateur Coach & Qualified Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. I have been training clients since I started my journey 3.5 years ago. I’ve been kickboxing for over 12 years; it’s great for overall fitness and skill. Most of my clients have reached their goals. I thrive on results.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on over 12 years of training and self-development. My training consists of focus, discipline, fitness, strength, and skill. All levels are welcome. I can help you to create realistic goals and to work harder when it's difficult! We work on technique and confidence, and let me help you to reach your goals! I thrive on results!
