About Ella
I am a third year Classics student at Cambridge with a real passion for the subject and the skills it can teach you. I love bringing the subject to life for students who may be struggling and help clarify the more complex areas of language and literary analysis.
I like my teaching to be collaborative and engaging for both me and the student so we can learn together the best way to teach you the way you like to learn.

I typically offer lessons in hour long slots using a mix of topic discussion, guided practice and practical application so students can begin to see the topic come together.
I offer tuition in grammar and translation as well as literary study of Classical texts.
I spent four months teaching year 4 students at a local primary school the foundational principles of Latin.
I have tutored Latin A-level and GCSE for the past 4 years with consistently high grades from my students as a result of my support and their hard work.
I have successfully mentored two students in preparation for their Oxbridge interviews.
