About Wan
I am a multi-athlete that is passionate about not only sports, but the way our body functions. I have been playing Rugby and Basketball, representing my university at a national competition for the former and winning medals for the latter.
I represented school for:

I've been fortunate enough to have met countless of talented athletes and driven individuals who all have enriched me with more knowledge prior to meeting them. Through rugby I have played/trained with/againts former Malaysian National Team players, a player who played for the Harlequins U19 Squad and a Sri Lankan National player. I have also been lucky enough to be coached by consummate professionals in my time as a player, going as far as having a coach who graduated with a masters in sports science and physiology from the University of Loughborough, a hotpot for producing some of England's best athletes. I have learnt not only through the good and winning times, but also through the injuries and rehabs that I've accumulated across the years. (Dislocated Shoulders 3x, Broken Ankles 2x, Tennis Elbow, Hip Injury)
I believe that with my experience and success in multiple sports, I can add value towards your athletic performance and also strength within.

My approach towards teaching is first setting up the base. Without a pillar, a house will not stand erected. Without knowing your body, it will cease to move effectively. I emphasise on understanding the body first and foremost before getting to the technical aspects on how to yield it better. A good sword is just a sword without a good wielder. As such, I hope that you are as driven/optimistic about your potential as much as I am. I hope to see you soon!
