I base my classes on the department of education's curriculum, but formulate "recipies" to complete questions and focus on the basics, which are often neglected. I do excercises with my students to obtain an understanding of what the shortcomings is and we formulate a plan together ( To obtain the students input and get him/her to buy into the plan) to obtain better results
