About Diana
I'm a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others through embodied, soulful movement. My own healing journey through yoga—physically, emotionally, and energetically—has shaped how I hold space for others. With a background in Vinyasa, Yin, and strength-integrated practices, I create classes that are accessible, intuitive, and grounded in purpose. Whether we’re flowing dynamically or resting in stillness, my intention is always to support you in connecting more deeply to yourself. I currently teach in local communities and love sharing yoga as both a personal practice and a powerful path of transformation. I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over two years of teaching experience, offering thoughtfully designed classes that blend strength, breath, and mindful movement. My approach is rooted in both physical intelligence and emotional awareness — yoga as a practice that builds resilience in the body while creating space in the nervous system.
I teach a range of styles including Vinyasa, Yin, strength-infused “Yoga Strong,” and private one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs. Whether you’re looking to build stability, increase mobility, support recovery, or simply slow down and reconnect, sessions are designed with intention and care.
My teaching emphasizes:
Breath-led movement
Functional strength and joint stability
Intelligent sequencing
Nervous system regulation
Creating space without strain
In private sessions, I take a highly personalized approach. We move at your pace, addressing your goals — whether that’s improving flexibility, managing pain, building confidence, or deepening your practice. Each session integrates mobility, stability, and relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and supported.
I work with beginners, experienced practitioners, prenatal students, and those returning to movement after injury or life transitions. My goal is to help you feel strong, grounded, and at home in your body.
Yoga, to me, is not about performance — it’s about awareness, integration, and sustainable growth.
