About Bethany
My name is Bethany, and I am currently an MSc Physician Associate student, having achieved a first class degree in Biomedical Science with advanced competency in French. I have thoroughly enjoyed tutoring so far, and would love the opportunity to help students achieve their personal goals, as I myself would not be completing my dream course to the career I have my heart set on without the input of tutors along the way.
I have been tutoring all ages for science, French, maths, and English for just over a year and have completed over 100 lessons independently with students of all ages.
Having achieved top grades in Mathematics at both GCSE and international baccalaureate level, and continuing to use my mathematical understanding to apply statistics in a scientific context, I am keen to help boost confidence and knowledge of the subject, no matter which level.

I have been delivering tutoring sessions for KS3 and GCSE Science and Maths students to help them achieve their target grades and to aid in enhancing their confidence in these subjects.
Lessons are an hour in length, and will begin with a session to identify areas which could be improved by assessing the students ability using questions from various topics, unless they would like assistance with certain topics in particular. After this, I will run through an overview of each topic identified, and demonstrate clear methodology for understanding concepts and approaching exam questions. I then tend to use topic-specific past paper questions for knowledge consolidation.
