About Hana
I am a recent graduate from Durham University and SOAS London with a background in musicological research as well as performance. As a patient and kind instructor, I make learning music a fun and engaging experience. In addition to my two university degrees in music, I have experience tutoring music for the IB Diploma, and have myself completed the ABRSM Grade 8 in piano, flute, and theory each with distinction. I was Musical Director for two leading competitive choirs at Durham University, and received the award for 'Lifetime Achievement in Music' in my third year there. I have been doing in-person lessons in London since January 2024, which I've found incredibly rewarding. Sharing knowledge brings me joy, and I'm committed to fostering a love for learning in others, making a positive impact through music. I'm excited to be starting this journey with you!
