About Ka'ohe

I am a first year Computer Science student at UH Manoa with a passion for maths and sciences. With 98th percentile state tests, and numerous honors/national recognition awards, I am confident in my ability to help other students succeed in their educational and academic goals!

About the lesson

My knowledge is based in the American school system. There will be an introductory meeting to establish struggles and goals, and how we will achieve them. I will help explain concepts and help identify ways for the student to improve their understanding of and excel in their focused subject.

By understanding a students learning strategy and educational needs, I can help students develop study habits and methods for them to better traverse their educational journey even after tutoring! I'm friendly and honestly understand academic struggle, especially surrounding mental health and falling behind after absence.

I supplement classes to reach educational goals, but do not host any classes myself. However, I reserve the right to terminate tutoring with excessively troublesome or uncooperative students.
